The car-specific, large screen car navigation Big X Series took the top award in overall Customer satisfaction in the Aftermarket Car Navigation System category (In-dash Car Navigation segment) in the 2016 Japan Car Navigation System Customer Satisfaction Survey, conducted by J.D. Power Asia-Pacific. Beginning with our prize in 2012, this marks the fifth consecutive year that Alpine has been awarded No.1 in Customer Satisfaction, based on this survey.
The Aftermarket Car Navigation System category in J.D. Power’s 2016 Japan Car Navigation System Customer Satisfaction Survey is a survey that comprehensively analyzes customer satisfaction with after-market brand car navigation systems.
